In 2012, Cath and I were lucky enough to visit the Virunga Mountains and saw these beautiful creatures in their natural habitat.  Much needs to be done to protect them and to educate the people who live nearby, so that everyone can co-exist in harmony.  We both entered the GGR 2013 and I ran the GGR 2016 so this is my third time!
