We are taking part in The Bangers4BEN 2014 rally. The 1,774 mile trip round will take our team from Birmingham to Turin, Italy, via the famous Stelvio Pass and onto the Fiat Factory in Lingotto - the scene of the original Italian Job film roof top chase.
The Alfa 147 T-Spar (should be Spark, but the K is missing) has some characteristic rust and 90,000 on the clock, but has been transformed. It has been branded from top to bottom, in what we hope is a fitting racing tribute. Time to take this Alfa back home for a quick visit.
The Pinewood team consists of Dan Chapman who recently moved across to Business Development, and Jack Brown who is one of our Developers. Dan and Jack will set sail on Saturday morning:
11 – 14 October
- Saturday - Day 1: Dover, UK > Calais, France > Mulhouse, France
- Sunday - Day 2: Mulhouse, France > Como, Italy via the famous Stelvio Pass
- Monday - Day 3: Como, Italy > Fiat Factory, Turin > Mulhouse, France
- Tuesday - Day 4: Mulhouse, France > Calais, France > Dover, UK
