We are the Twyman Girls and we are taking part in the first ever Help for Heroes Hero Bear Triathlon at Hazelwood School on Sunday 19th September, 2010 (event number 20100611-0692-4497).  Our triathlon has 3 different levels - and Sasha is doing the bronze level and Poppy and Amber are doing the silver level.  It is going to be a really fun day - and we are all very excited about it.
