Every year I take on a crazy challenge last time with my friends Dom and Matt we did three times around the Yorkshire Three Peaks and thought it would be rude not to do four times this year!

Back in January 2016 I suffered a heart attack and cardia arrest and was 'dead' for 20 minutes. I stopped breathing 3 times at the scene and again in the air ambulance on the way to hospital. My consultant said I needed a triple bypass but joked he would only perform the operation if |I promised to go back to ultra distance challenges. So this is another great chance for me to deliver on that promise. I'm not aware that anyone has every done this challenge before so it could be a world first!
