On Saturday the I am cycling along with Richard Hollows to raise money for the British Heart Foundation. We will be putting our skills to the test in a night ride from Manchester to Blackpool setting of from the Trafford Centre. The ride is approximately 58 miles, across some harsh roads and even worst weather.

Somewhere we all know or know of someone who has died of a heart condition. I am asking for as much or as little as you can afford to help this amazing charity and possibly help save a life.
