On 1st October we are off to the Himalayas to try and climb 6476m to the top summit of Mera Peak (with a bit of luck).  This will be a different and bigger challenge than our trip up Kilimanjaro last year, for which we received very generous support to raise over £4000.  Hopefully we will again be able to raise funds to help our charity, Water for Kids, provide much needed support to remote areas in Africa.
