On 21st September, a couple of friends and I will be taking part in 'Tough Mudder'; an obstacle course race involving a lot of mud, some very cold water and a few (hopefully mild) electric shocks.

I'll be running in memory of my younger cousin Rachael, who sadly passed away earlier this year. She was a loving mother to two amazing twin boys, Charlie & Lewis, who both miss her very much. The charity I will be running in aid of is a Cornish organisation that is local to the boys; and every penny raised will go towards helping young children like them who are struggling with bereavement.
