It's that time again for Tom and Mitch to dust off the running shoes and stumble around the London 10K to once again support the absolute hero's at the Middlesex Association for the Blind and their amazing cause.

This year we have recruited Watford's finest athlete, Rob Wells, to show us how its done!

About the charity

The Middlesex Association for the Blind aims to support people who are blind, partially sighted and deaf/ blind, to lead independent lives. The Association achieves this through the local provision and delivery of a range of high quality services, advice, information and training to people across nine London Boroughs.
