This year I am competing in the British 10k in London in  July and the Bristol half marathon in September.

My aim is to complete the 10k in under 45 minutes (despite the huge numbers taking part  UPDATE - I MANAGED 42.16, A PB BY A LONG WAY BUT FEELING IT NOW!!)  and the half marathon in under 1 hour 40 minutes which given my best so far is 1hr 46min plus will be a challenge.

I am running for the BRT in memory of my dad who died two years ago.It's a good cause and the idea of me suffering must be worth a few pence or pounds!
