After surviving Breast Cancer twice in the last twelve years, its time to give something back to those who helped me when I was as low as I could go.

Cancer Connections provided me with counselling to sort out my endless issues! I was signed up for six sessions and ended up going for six months (like a can of worms).

Reflexology sessions helped me to get through the days when I could barely get out of bed. Pam was a friendly face who relaxed me and made me switch off and forget the nightmare. 

So, to all those who know me - I am the laziest person in the world! I do no exercise and the thought of doing anything like this would normally make me laugh out loud. However, my delightful team at Energy Professionals have managed to railroad me into doing this #TeamEPG
