I have decided to fund raise for Hospice Africa after hearing about the charity from a colleague who worked with them in Africa.  You can find out more about this organisation by clicking on 'hospice Africa' opposite. As a  nurse working at a hospice in the UK I see first hand the difference palliative care can make to people at the end of their lives and of course believe that all people should have access to such support.
