So this August I will be taking part in Total Warrier http://www.totalwarrior.co.uk/events-fees/lakes/. I must be absolutely mad because it looks crazy but it's all for a good cause. 

I have suffered with Alopecia since I was a baby. There is a lot more to it than 'Just Hair' which is the common misconception. Alopecia UK do absolutely wonderful work providing support to people in so many different ways. There is still no real cure for Alopecia and so the support, the help and the advice that Alopecia uk give is invaluable. Any money you can donate will make such a fantastic difference and will enable Alopecia UK to carry on the great work they do!
