The plan is to walk 100km from Petersfield to Brighton Racecourse along the South Downs in under 30 hrs. We started this because we were looking for an interesting challenge. The Gurkhas have been organising the event since 1997 and Oxfam have been partners since 2002. Raising money for Oxfam was always a good idea but given the earthquake in Nepal the incentive to raise as much money as possible has never been greater.
