So here goes..no turning back now!! I've signed up to the 10k Community Fun Run in aid of WIZOuk. As many of you know the last few years have been a struggle for me health wise; working for WIZOuk throughout the last year has helped me immensely on my road to recovery. Now that I am well enough I want to return the favour in any way that I can.

WIZO does an amazing job around the world raising money for their many centres and services in Israel. WIZO looks after children and women from disadvantaged situations, operating over 800 social welfare projects and services. WIZO is one of the largest providers of social welfare next to the Israeli government so it is vital that the charity receives donations to ensure that it can continue to care for the people of Israel.

Please dig deep and donate as much as you can - this is an amazing charity with which I am privileged to be involved.
