So do I do it again? After 4 hours 38 minutes, I really really feel there's room for improvement! Have ordered a new pair of legs whilst the old one's recover. Thanks for all your continued support and can't believe I'm still collecting. I've started training again but will take a step change in my pace. Thanks again. Ray

Wow half way there on the sponsorship thanks to everyone who has already donated and to those that have promised, please please please get me closer to my pledged target! It's a massive motivator..... For an update; I have just run 26 miles in 3 runs over 3 days. Just need to get to 26.2 miles in less than 5 hrs in 1 day. No pressure!
