On sunday 15th of August my family, friends and I will be walking from Uncle Toms Cabin in Southend On Sea to Leigh On Sea. We are walking and collecting sponsors in aid of Essex Air Ambulance. And we will be doing this in memory of our dad, husband and friend Paul Kempster Butler. Dad died in 2008 after sustaining a serious head injury and was air lifted by Essex Air Ambulance to a london hospital. Dad passed away 2 days later surrounded by his family and loved ones. The Essex Air Ambulance recieve NO government funding and rely totally on donations. To keep a helicopter flying with them costs over £250,000 a month. This is a very worthwhile cause and one close to our hearts so please dig deep and donate now.
