We are participating in the Revolution 10k race on Sunday 15^th August in London, raising money for The Stroke Association.

Every year an estimated 150,000 people in the UK have a stroke. The Stroke Association funds research into prevention, treatment and better methods of rehabilitation. The Stroke Association is the only UK wide charity solely concerned with combating stroke in people of all ages.

If you would like to support us and this charity we would very much appreciate your sponsorship. Any amount, big or small, would be most welcome. Training has been tough but we WILL finish the race, dodgy knees or not! Even the Girton 5k didn’t put us off… much.
