We are 2 Rowing Clubs (Aberporth & Llangrannog) from Ceredigion in West Wales.

We have joined together as AberCrannog Rowers to once again raise funds for Tŷ Hafan. 

One of our crew mates, foster family use Tŷ Hafan’s services and respite care and we wanted to show our appreciation and support for this wonderful facility.

Tŷ Hafan is one of the UK’s leading paediatric palliative care charities and offers the only children’s hospice service in south Wales.

Tŷ Hafan provide comfort, care and support to life-limited children, young people and their families throughout Wales.

It costs over £4 million each year for Tŷ Hafan to provide  specialist one-to-one care and outreach services to life-limited children, young people and their families.

Because they are not part of the health service, they receive less than 4% in statutory funding towards this figure.
 
This means Tŷ Hafan and their incredible supporters currently need to raise over £4 million every year for Tyŷ Hafan to continue their life-changing work.
