Yes once again I am asking people to sponsor me, but this is for a half marathon this time and there is a high chance I will die (really) or at least puke/do a Paula.

I am doing this all for the Multiple Sclerosis Resource Centre - a charity that works closely with people suffering from MS so that they can live as normal a life as possible.

Once again my workplace will be matching any amount that is raised, so please don't be ashamed of donating a really small amount - we are all skint these days!!
