I am running the Cardiff half marathon on Sunday 17th October.

Dean puplett is my nephew and my god son, Dean was diagnosed with cancer in April and has undergone chemo treatment and a major operation and has come through the treatment very bravley, he still has a big fight on his hands, at the moment he is in isolation with he treatment, we all can only admire this courage and determination. My brother Anthony, his wife Jane and their daughter Eve continue to move forward positively, so if you can help a little for this amazing hospital we all would be forever grateful.
