This September, Rich is donning his Lycra and taking his trusty wheels to Lands End to embark on the 960 mammoth cycle to John o'Groats, which he aims to complete in nine days.

And for every mile he cycles, he is raising funds for Edukid - a charity which helps to remove the barriers to education faced by children living in poverty and conflict in Cambodia, Uganda and Palestine.  Rich's wife, Katie, visited Cambodia four years ago and has seen first hand the incredible work of Edukid and how the charity changes the lives of these children.
