Hi. We are running for the charity SNAP who do fantastic work with disabled children and their parents in our local community. Based in Brentwood I doubt my wife and I could survive without their advise and support. My daughter Isabella suffers from cerebral palsy and autism. SNAP have been helping her since birth and continue to do so.
