Story

Dear All,

As some of you will remember, in February Richard Stott, Jeremy Limb, and I put on a fund raising concert at Merchant Taylor’s School in North London, and the event was incredibly well supported and raised in total over £4,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support and The Royal Marsden Cancer Campaign.

It was always part of our plans to put on a similar concert south of the river, and now we have a date in October and venue in Dulwich and hope that you may be able to come and support us. If you would like to know more about the event, then follow this link and click on the Dulwich Charity Concert (http://petermedhurst.com/articles-2/charity-concert-in-dulwich/).

The programme and venue details are as follows:

Date: Sunday, 23rd October, 2011

Time: 7.30pm

Venue: St. Stephen’s Church, College Road, Dulwich, SE21 7HN (www.ststephensdulwich.org)

Programme:

Beethoven/Haydn - British Folksong Arrangements for Bass-baritone and Piano Trio

Mendelssohn - Piano Trio No. 1 in D minor, Op. 49

-Interval-

Schubert - Adagio in Eb "Notturno", D. 897

I'd like to extend a special thank you to Peter Medhurst  who has kindly donated his services and will be joining us to present and sing at the concert

.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
The suggested donation for a ticket is £10.00 but please feel free to donate as much as you like! I would also request that you please put your names down along with your donation as this will enable me to keep track of ticket sales and how many people are going to attend the concert.

Thank you so much for your generosity and I look forward to seeing you in October.

Warmest wishes,

Robbie
