My good friends Simon and Nikki Frampton have been bugging me for ages to join in with a run. I have finally given in and am taking part in the San Diego half marathon in March. I want to use this opportunity to give to Cancer Research in memory of dad.

BTW... For those of you who know me well... Yes! I know I have no chance of RUNNING the whole thing, but as long as I get to the finish line inside 3 1/2 hours, I qualify. I can definitely fast walk that and I am training to be able to run at least half of it :-D
