This year I have committed to both the 10K London Run in July and the Adidas Women's 5K Challenge in September - both in an effort to get in shape and also to raise some money for Breakthrough Breast Cancer. I have a chosen this charity because of the amazing work that they are doing to help the 46,000 women and 300 men who are diagnosed with breast cancer in the UK every year. I had a scare which led to an operation last year. Fortunately, I am okay but there are 1000's of men and woman who are not as lucky.
