I was diagnosed with Alopecia Areata earlier this year and thankfully with a few lifestyle changes I’ve got through this pretty well and my hair is now starting growing back.   Alopecia UK do a brilliant job in helping people come to terms with this disease, be that advice, support or coping techniques to get you through everyday life and as a thank you to them for the support I got it’s only fitting that I return the favour and use my run to help raise money so they can continue to support people like me.
