This is my first run in 15 years - last one was a 5k in Miami which very nearly saw me off and I vowed never to do it again but this is a very good cause and if Charlie Fraser can do it then so can I..........

The team at Saints in the Community (Atholl, Dave, Danny, Iain and Karin and all the volunteers) work really hard to keep things going and reach so many people of all ages across Perth and Kinross through:

SAINTS Academy (Mental Health)

ADHD Project 

Saints Onside (Employability for Offenders)

Walking Football
