For the second year running, I will be attempting to ride from London to Brighton, a mere 54 miles, in aid of the British Heart Foundation - a fantastic cause.

I have two goals; principally to raise as much money as possible (at least £250) and also to beat my previous time of 7 hours (really should not be too hard).
