Dear Friends, Family and Colleagues

On October 25th I'm going to be running the 10 mile Bupa Great South Run....Yes, 10 miles (16Km)! around Portsmouth area, most likely in a cold and rainy day.

Several reasons have driven me to take such a bold decision:

The most important reason is to raise money for Optometry Giving Sight (OGS) a charity organization that is helping underprivileged people from around the world to improve their vision

other reasons are:

a) I still didn't get rid of the 3 Kgrs I gained during my holidays in Spain eating Paellas and drinking all these Cava

b) I forgot what this third reason is, but I'm sure it is a very important one
