I am running a 10k on the morning of Sunday 19th September.

As many of you will know this will pose a significant challenge for me as my exercise regime since birth has not been great!

All proceeds will go to Concern Worldwide to help with the ongoing aid appeal following the floods in Pakistan (note this fundraising is not associated with my volunteer work in India which I am financing myself).
