I am taking part in the Dart 10k swim to challenge myself in a new way on the river. Having been raised in Kingswear, at the mouth of the Dart, I have spent many days pottering on the river in boats and it is a place very close to my heart. 

I am fundraising for the Andrew Simpson Sailing Foundation, a fantastic charity that offers the challenge of sailing to young people to promote health and wellbeing and to develop personal skills.

Any help would he greatly appreciated.
