On the 11th July I will be running the British 10k to raise Money for RLSB - Royal London Society for the Blind - www.rlsb.org.uk

As some of you will know, I have become a bit of a fitness fanatic over the past few months and I decided it was time I put all this training to good use!

My sister and I will be running 10km around Central London taking in many of the capitals well known tourist attractions on the way! And it is all for a great cause- every penny raised really does make a difference to the blind and visually impaired toddlers, children and adults whom the RLSB supports by providing real life chances for them through education, training, mobility and life skills as well as employment opportunities.
