I am running for MIND. I initially set this page up to gain sponsorship for a 5k run. However I am going to challenge myself even further and have just signed up to a 10k run! I will be running 'Run to the Beat' on 14th September 2014!

As you all know I blog about my own personal mental health, but I also often mention charities such as MIND. Rather than just raising awareness of these charities I also want to start raising some money for them. 

MIND is such a fantastic charity. They provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.
