On 4th and 5th September I'm participating in the South Downs Way - Lemmings Trail to raise money for the Multiple Sclerosis Trust.  This is a tough 2 day, 100 mile off-road ride through the South Downs from Winchester to Eastbourne.

My mother suffered for a number of years from this debilitating disease.  Raising money for the Trust helps to improve the lives of those who suffer like she did.

So anything you can spare to donate will go to helping improve the lives of the 100,000 people in the UK with multiple sclerosis.
