Hi

For those that know me you will know exercise is an alien word to me and the most I have ever walked is from the lounge to the Kitchen and as for getting up early ... not a chance ...

So not only am I doing a walk but I am doing it at 4.15am in the morning - worth a couple of quid me thinks!!

The money raised will go towards our local Hospice who do an amazing job. Any amount however small will be gratefully received.
