I will be running the Reading Half Marathon in March for the Institute of Cancer Research, which is a cause close to my heart, with close friends and family battling cancer.  ICR have had a strong track record of making real progress in combatting the disease for over 100 years, so I count myself lucky to be able to support them in my own small way.  I'm training five times per week, which will be my first half marathon, and my first run over the 10k barrier.  By donating via JustGiving, Gift Aid can be reclaimed which means 25% of your total donation goes from the tax man straight to the charity!  So please dig deep and donate now!!!
