Hi, thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Alison and I would very much appreciate your support with our fundraising efforts for Macmillan Cancer Support.  We are hoping to raise a combined total of £7000 before we embark on our challenge.  However, we cannot do this without your help and generosity so any donation you feel able to give towards our chosen charity, Macmillan Cancer Support, would be very much appreciated.

For those of you who are not fully up-to-date with our challenge we are cycling 500km from Saigon in Vietnam to Ankor Wat in Cambodia.  Not only is the distance going to be a challenge but the heat, humidity and mosquitos (we must be mad). 

We have started our training.  We cannot replicate the heat and humidity of Vietnam but the wolds hills are proving a bit of a challenge - particularly for the thighs and bottom!
