To My wonderful friends that have logged on.

Well this year my aim was to make an effort to raise money for charitys that i support. they best way i can do this is by Running my heart out for those who cant and doing it with my bes pal.

This will be my first running event i have ever done as never got round to it until this year i met a little boy while working in Birmingham Childrens Hospital which made me realise that if you can support you should in the best way you know how.

The reason i have chosen to use this sight as well as doing other fund raising is because I thought that this is the best way to ask you all to support  what we are doing without you having to do the running and me not having to chase you with  sponsorship form and a money tin!.

As part of my charity work this year i will also be doing the Great north Swim the week before in aid of Martin House and I have ran the 10k  'race for life' with my two best friends and a dog in support of Gill and in Memory of Tommy.

well i am sure you have read enough, But Please take a couple of minute to show your support for me and my inevitable Blood, Sweat, Tears and Blisters!
