I have decided to try 3 new races this year Tartan Warrior 5k, Edinburgh Marathon(my 3rd marathon) and what I expect to be the hardest one I've ever done the Edinburgh Ironman Triathlon.( 1.2mile swim, 56.2mile cycle and a 13.1 half marathon)

Dean Reilly a friend from school has got a lot of help and support from the MS Therapy centre (DeanVsMs) along with other people in the Edinburgh area . He asked if I would like to raise some funds for MS , so here I am.
