Hi to all my friends and family,

  I have decided to set myself  a new challenge for this year, 2010.......... I am running in  " THE GREAT NORTH RUN " on September 19th 2010.

I am running for" GREAT ORMAND STREET HOSPITAL"

As some of you are aware, they have helped my lovely little Niece Chloe over the past few years and she spent many of her first few years in and out of hospital.

I am asking you all to give me as much support as possible, to raise as much money as i can for such a good cause.

I am busy with my training, and running along the coast as much as possible.
