Last year the "South West Hill Trekkers" climbed up Mount Snowdon for the day on Saturday 21st June 2014. Why? Many of you will no doubt ask well the answer is simple in order to raise loads of money and increase peoples awareness of the Love Hope Strength Foundation which is a charity very close to our hearts.

This year we intend to go one better and do both Ben Nevis and Snowdon in consecutive weekends in June. We have joined forces with our fundraising campaign this year so this page is supporting the WHOLE team - Gareth Hayward, Kirsten Hayward, Sarah Whittle, Sean Whittle, Ricky Chandler, Sara Chandler. Jonny Beard, Catherine Withers, Martin Bayliss, Nicola Bayliss.

So you know where your valuable donations go.....The Love Hope Strength Foundation is a charity that promotes innovative, music related, outreach and awareness programmes for leukemia and cancer sufferers, survivors and their families. Their mission is simple - to save lives and they use the funds raised to purchase medical equipment and supplies, raise awareness through special events, documentaries and media, build cancer centres and recruit potential donors to the organ and bone marrow registers.

We are sure with your fantastic donations it will keep us focused and our weary legs pumping tall the way to the summit and to achieve  our goal of raising £1500 for this very worthwhile cause.
