The 2017 Samworth Charity Challenge will consist of a gruelling 12Km run, 10Km canoe and 44Km cycle. For some of us this is the first time for others we definitely should know better!

But the challenge is all about pushing ourselves, getting fitter and raising money for a fantastic charity which supports young people living through Cancer
