Story

This month, I will be travelling to Southern California, the perfect place for me to perform one of my favourite pastimes, public nudity. However, on this occasion, I have decided to make it more socially acceptable and will be disguising it as swimming.

On the 18th of October, I will be participating in Uberman, the world's most challenging ULTRA Triatahlon (www.uberman1.com). The 556 mile course goes from the Mists of Avalon to the Snows of Mount Whitney. Representing the Maria Cristina Foundation, my task is the grueling 21 mile swim in the open Pacific from Santa Catalina to Palos Verdes on the Californian coast.

Whilst training for my swim across the English Channel, I was fortunate enough to meet Maria Conceicao, the founder of the Maria Cristina Foundation. Through sheer determination and hard work, Maria created and developed the foundation, which now supports a staggering number of underprivileged families in the slums of Dhaka, Bangladesh. I am honoured to be taking part in Uberman on behalf of the foundation. Learning about Maria and her foundation, I can guarantee that every single contribution is making a huge difference to the lives of people that, through no fault of their own, have had very little chance in life. Please help them dream, as we do.

About the charity

Maria Cristina Foundation helps children and adults in the slums of Dhaka, Bangladesh break the cycle of poverty through education. We believe every child should have a chance to go to school and make a better future for themselves. Where a child is born must not define where he/she can go.
