I have been volunteering at Dacorum Emergency Night Shelter and feel this is very worthy cause. Those that know me know that the only exercise I do generally involves lifting heavy things so I felt a triathlon would be a fitting challenge, especially as I have less than a month to train. Plus I can hardly swim as it is. Any donation would be going to a great cause to help quite literally put a roof over people's heads.
