The Harbour is a very special charity that gives people affected by life-threatening illness a safe space to talk and be listened to. I know how valuable this is because I've worked there for 7 years, so I have seen impact of the service. The Harbour offers free counselling and psychotherapy to anyone facing death, dying and bereavement, whether they are patients, carers or loved ones, or people who have been bereaved. The Harbour is a safe and supportive place where people can find help to face their fears and overcome despair, share their feelings and deal with issues which may be very hard to talk about with their loved ones.
