We are running a marathon between us in the Great North Run on 19th September to support three charities and honour three special people.

A word from Carol...

My wonderful friend, Heath Loftus, decided to check out early on 4^th November 2007, his 42^nd birthday.  While I fully respect and honour his decision and his right to make it, I miss him dearly.  Although Heath was unlikely to have contacted The Samaritans, I really want to support the amazing work they do and to raise some much-needed cash in his name.  Heath touched my heart in a unique and special way and I carry his love with me always.
