Well firstly thanks for taking the time to visit my page Those of you who know me well know how long I have wanted to be part of a vision aid overseas project and the opportunity has finally arrived and I am so excited!!

I am part of a team of 6 including a Team leader who are heading off to india for 2 weeks at the end of January 2011.

Some of you maybe thinking 'oh that Sana is off on holiday again!' not quite we will be working with the Deep Griha Society in rural and urban eye camps, providing eye examination and referral to those individuals who require treatment e.g. cataracts, its a little different to the day job of Specsavers

So whats in it for you I ask? well for all my rich optician friends, I'm expecting you to dig deep for a good cause, and for the rest of you lovely people, any support you can give big or small is appreciated, thank you in advance and I will keep people updated via facebook
