Hi to all my family and friends I am taking part in a 5k  santa run on sunday the 3/12/2017, to suppport a great charity. No 5 young people charity, in Reading helps and supports 10 to 25 year olds who are going through difficult times with mental and emotional problems. This charity offers 20 free confidential counselling sessions and has seen great results. If anyone would be kind enough to donate to this charitiy even the smallest amount, i would be very grateful.
