This year myself and niece Annabel are running the Great North Run (13.1mile) in support of the charity  AgeUK Gateshead

The team of staff and volunteers provide an abundance of services to inspire, enable and support older people. From friendship groups, hospital to home, information and advice to the fantastic Dementia Day Centre I am currently working within where we treat the person not the diagnosis through activities, cognitive stimulation and above all friendships.

We would be very appreciative of ANY kind donation, to support this wonderful charity we are running for
