My fabulous Mum has spent years volunteering with FOCSA, raising money to help vulnerable children in Colombia. And now I’m doing my part too. 

Your donation will go towards funding antenatal care at a small hospital in rural Colombia. It will also help get me through my longest run ever… that and the knowledge there’ll be an ice cream at the end of it🍦
